Approach - Jack Christenson has a separate REO servicing department that works with 4 individual offices in the tri-county area. We also publish the Real Estate News, a monthly newspaper with a circulation of 80,000 with specific sections devoted to investors and REO properties.

Bobbie Hendrix, Director of the REO Department,
Bobbie has an extensive background in several areas of real estate. Bobbie's first interest was working in law, followed by the mortgage industry as a loan officer. She began her career at JCI as an REO coordinator, working directly with Asset Managers, managing up to 150 properties on a daily basis.
